acne face …?

Is there a product that could help me face, apart from dynamic? I've been using for about three months and nothing is really working .. and could you give me some tips to keep my face free of acne? Are there any skin care product you could recommend?

I like to talk to a dermatologist. I had the same problem – Proactiv worked for me for the first couple of months, and then my face was so bad. I saw my dermatologist and prescribed Benzaclin, which is great for me.
