I have folliculitis (red bumps) between my breasts and a little in my arms? Help please?

I have a bit of folliculitis (hair damaged / red strokes) and today my boyfriend and I were playing, and I just learned that could be contagious? I hope it isn't because the only reason I have is because I was folliculitis shaving areas not ask why lol. But do not think I could get it because I was shaving and damaged the right axis? And how I can deal with this? Thanks (:

Folliculitis (also known as ingrown hairs) is usually a result of shaving or shaving too hard to cut more than skin deep in the hair shaft. This could lead to the tip of the hair to be caught in the hair shaft and hair growth starts and stands in the interior. The swell folliclewill and sometimes infected. I would find a soap that contains glycolic acid and salicylic acid to keep the skin exfoliated dead. If you shave use a sheet once and do not shave against the hair growth. Good luck =)
