Question about skin rashes or insect bites?

I'm getting itchy bumps, these bumps looking everywhere. They have been appearing slowly in recent days. They are in my hands, feet, neck, back and arms are covered with them. It seems to be biting, but not out much, and I noticed the bugs in my house. My husband and son do not have these bumps. Chop an opening but no scabs or anything. They are about the size of medium grain. Does anyone have any idea what could be? Thank you for your answers that have no health insurance at this time.
