Boxer has a bad rash – HELP?

We have a one year old female boxer that over the past few weeks has developed a severe skin rash that rubs the last alot.Over 10 days or so we changed the food, giving out food to people, we have tried to give him Benadryl, We have some hot spots for a spray that helps short-time.h skin has small bumps everywhere, and inside the ears are very red and hot to anyone has touch.Does home remedies for skin allergies? We also have a 2 year old boxer female who has no signs of any rash or allergies.
