Chest Acne?

I have moderate to severe cystic acne on the face and body (SUCKS). In the chest, however, I have two kernels that simply will not to disappear. The first one is located in the center of my breast bone, it does not hurt, and not too large, but it was probably 3 years (I been struggling with acne for 5 years).
