New Lifeguard, any sunscreen / skin care tips?
I was recently hired as a lifeguard in Central Florida and I was wondering if anyone had any advice when it comes to skin care in the hot sun of Florida? More specifically I am looking for: face sunscreen that does not produce better an outbreak, but still has a high SPF sunscreen Best Body For us ladies, the best way to maintain a line of bikinis and compensation that I have the opportunity burnt by the sun (I'm olive-skinned), in what is the best remedy? Anything else you might think that would be awesome! Thanks Oh yeah … And what is the best shampoo and conditioner for all the chlorine and the sun? Preferably on the cheap side and what happens with a deep conditioner? Thanks again!
really good guards solar banana boat works well. And I think they are less oily. normally in the summer outbreaks arent too bad, because the sun and the heat tends to dry the grains causing less breakage. anyway I get sunburned a lot because I too am very pale and light complectedd. I just use plain old aloe vera. It also helps if you get a towel and spread the milk in her sunburn. then take a hot shower. goood luck. (:
