Complicated skin infections
Is cracked skin on knees and elbows merely a sign of psoriasis, or may be related to a yeast infection?

I cracked the dry skin on both elbows and knees, but I think also getting quite a few symptoms of yeast overgrowth too. Any overview of best non-medical ways to cure or prevent this? ie, without prescription drugs. I am not against medication approach, but I wonder what steps I can take to prevent this. My diet consists mainly of carbohydrate (bread / potatoes) daily basis, too much sugar, drinking vodka when I'm socially and many other negative dietary no-no's. Is it simply a case of stop all this and having a decent multi-vit, or is it more complicated?
