My doctor prescribed this cream. Hotflashes Can it cause?
Generally no, because the drug is used topically and should not be very well absorbed systematically. This medication is used primarily to treat symptoms of menopause or local levels low estrogen. I think the biggest side effect to worry about it burning / stinging if the skin is broken. If you are using it for menopause, without But hot flashes as a symptom of menopause, it is probably not, so you can continue, but it would be a symptom of menopause, and not an effect side of the cream.
