oil can help dry skin?
I have really dry skin, and I can not use bases i, because I get nasty dry flakes. even the special sensitivity / Dry skin. I heard that oil can help dry skin. but I see it everywhere, everyone focuses on moistuisers oil-free. And I do not know what use on my skin.
