What is a good lotion for dry skin and oily?
I have really dry skin in the morning, so we apply a lotion face the light and then put my makeup on. As the day goes on but my skin gets very oily and feels rough. All I do is put more powder to get rid of the oiliness. Please help! What I can use to make it go away?
