Does anyone have a miracle cure for eczema Dyshydrotic?
My son is 10, has had chronic eczema all his life, and besides the normally prescribed non-steroidal drugs and creams and lotions, is there something out there that someone has tried to really get rid of it? He use insufficient amounts of soap and shampoo, we use only products without perfume or dye, which hydrates much, and all that. A dermatologist recommended light therapy, but no facilities near us. Any suggestions?
