Eczema, itchy rash …?
I had this off and on for about 10 years … has been much worse and I am in just two small patches now, instead of the whole body. My question is, what is the best I've found that helps your eczema? I'm not asking people to check this out, I'm looking for people that have this horrible skin rash or something similar. What seems more calm? I've heard all sorts of things having to do with caffeine, but is this real?
I've never heard it before though caffine intake so I can not help with that and I think the perfumed detergent and fabric softener helps me a lot and perfumes and lotions scented to avoid things like that. I know the pain I have had eczema in my life [22 years all]
