What is the best non-chemical head lice treatment?

No matter what you use, everything is chemicals – even water. The lack of chemistry method only would be a # 1 cut. Having said that – hair conditioner works well – the lice can not get a grip and can be combed out. You have to get as many eggs as you can, and continue doing so until the problem is gone.
