What I can do to stop scratching my Ezem during sleep?
During sleep, I unconsciously scratching the eczema areas therefore they usually wake up to find the bleeding sites. nails are always short. do u have any idea of pajamas stop scratching me so badly? I tried wrapping a cotton bandange around it, but as it is inside of the elbows, my arm is swollen because blood stops moving. if I keep it off while zero then released i in my dream. thanxx
You could try wearing gloves, or a long-sleeved shirt night with a lace cuff.
