Steroids?
Is there such thing as a woman of steroids produced from the female hormones? And it is okay to use legal steroids for toning thighs?
What do you mean by legal steroids? If they are anabolic steroids which are illegal for bodybuilding / "Toning." The legal framework is the only non-steroidal anabolic steroids used for asthma and other things. If you want to use steroids to look good, you have to use illegal steroids. IF you are willing to do that, I can say about women of various steroids in competitions.
