Has anyone broken out with acne pimples fish oil supplements?
I have read many good things about fish oil supplements that are from clearing acne, Diseae heart arthritist, asthma, depression, all skin diseases, to increase the intellect. I had horrible experience with fish oil, even the most expensive and I'm not sure why. Any positive or negative experience or to share information will be appreciated.
Good Question ….. I've been taking fish oil for a few months and I have not seen too much of a difference with my acne … which is very soft. I was hoping to see different results, well!
