Selsun Blue Capititis treatment for ringworm?
I Capititis Ringworm (fungal infection of the scalp that makes you lose your hair) and I think is getting worse. I read online that selenium sulfide Selsun Blue shampoo can help to treat ringworm and ringworm Veriscolor Capititis. Does anyone know if that right?
Selenium Sulfide works moderately well for both types of ringworm. Denorex medicated (coal tar) works even better, but his stuff pretty awful. A good method is to use Denorex a couple of days to put everything under control, and then use Selsun Blue as a daily shampoo.
