Is it possible that I may have a skin condition?
ok when I was a baby I was put under the light (not uncommon). Well, my neck is black, but the skin is the color of my cappuccino candy. I wash my neck every day with soap Ambi (I mean rub) but its still black.i know my neck is not is dirty.Do you think I have a skin condition?
you could have one … you may also have a hormonal problem … you need to see a dermatologist about skin problems.
