Is there any risk of infection for a dog bite that will not break the skin?
I was petting our dog, who gets excited easily and he thought I was playing and the kind of bit me. I say sort of sting, because it broke the skin, leaving only two small red marks that hurt a little. So my question is, if a dog bite does not break the skin, is there any risk of infection or anything else?
