Should I go to the hospital for this? * WARNING – Bloody and * grossss?
I got in a bike accident yesterday, and tore the skin right the front of my right big toe. I wonder if I should go to the hospital for it. So far I made a quick cleaning right after it happened and applies a small group of aid on top of it. Gone home, had a bath, and cleaned and the skin over it with soap and water. Put a bandaid on the top again, but with a large area it covers, to prevent infection. Should I still go to doctors, or should I just keep my routine up? Place triple antibiotic cream on it and cover a couple of days you will be fine. I tore toe toenail and looked far worse that healed very well. Watch for infection, but I will not have to bother the doctors. Not I like to ask what are you doing on a horse with sturdy shoes?
