Why my legs get really itchy at night?
Occasionally when I'm trying to sleep, my legs begin intense itching and no marks or rashes. People tell me it's dry skin, but my legs are not dry or anything and that only happens at night. Could someone please tell me what is wrong with me? I do not think I would eat something that I'm allergic to that frequency. And do not shave my legs I'm a guy.
Maybe you ate something that you are allergic. Ask your doctor about it.
