Is it really necessary moisturizer for oily skin?
I have noticed that each time you use a moisturizer for the face, it looks very oily and this is not disgusting really shine to it. The moisturizer is oil free and is suitable for [the Neutrogena skin fat] So it is with the toner. Is this normal with the use of moisturizer? Also can anyone advise me a good treatment gel / cream for spots and acne scars. Thank you very much, really appreciate the help.
