Diseases related to swimming in the Salinas River Three cases of severe diarrhea have occurred in Saline County this month and have been linked to swimming in the river near Five Bridge Road Salinas. The Arkansas Department of Health (ADH) has tested the water in the area and found that it is unsafe for swimming.
