Soy cream cheese?
tofu any creams out there with the same flavor and consistency of real cream cheese? thanks!
I use Tofutti better than cream cheese. It has a good consistency. I would say that is pretty close to the mouth feel of traditional cream cheese. Never going to prove exactly same because it is made from milk, but the taste is pretty good. I will not lie and ….. It might take a little getting used to, even if used for regular cream cheese. It seems that two versions of this product. One of them contain hydrogenated oils. I always buy the one without. Just read the label to make sure you are buying the right one.
