all I wanted to know about weight loss and hypo throid and menopause?
can you lose weight if your thyroid is hypo. even though you have taken medication for it and at the same time as the onset of menopause?? assistance to walk 2 miles a day after work and weights everyother day. I watch what I eat,,,, 3 meters and I haven, t lost a pound?? Help
I have taken medication, synthroid, more than 20 years and was in the same situation – I could not lose weight and menopause began to lose even more difficult. Only now I'm taking a natural supplement controlled bovine thyroid by my chiropractor. It is working very well and I am finally losing weight. I am not able to exercise a lot (another condition), so it's wonderful that I'm finally losing. You can do it!
