I do not know about you, but have you ever found a team where there is perfect harmony and agreement all the time? Conflict in teams from time to time is inevitable in my experience.

When you think about conflict, it is useful to distinguish between productive and unproductive conflict. productive conflict usually comes from a desire to change things forward. unproductive conflicts is usually compared stagnation or prevent progress.

So if you are a leader team, how can the conflicts into opportunities?

Set limits

Like children, adults in the place working to try to push the boundaries sometimes. If you are the leader of a matter of setting boundaries around what is acceptable and unacceptable when dealing with tensions in the team.

people active listening

You may have heard the phrase that we have two ears and one mouth for a reason. We are often much more interested in getting our point of view instead of listening to others properly. As the leader of a question of ensuring that people pay active attention and really listen to what others are saying.

Be the role model

As the leader who set the tone for the team. If you show people through their behavior and actions on dealing with the conflict to begin to put some of it in practice. Show the people how to turn conflict into opportunity.

Teach people how to give constructive feedback

Picking holes in the other people's ideas is easy to do, but get very little. Giving constructive feedback is more difficult than can really help create new possibilities and options. Invest time in getting your good team in the giving and receiving constructive feedback.

Conclusion – Can not remove the conflict but you can use a ways that contribute to success more difficult.
