What should I do to get rid of underarm rash?
I did some running for the 1st time in a long time the other day and still not be4 deodorant has ran and has not yet becuz shower right after I fell asleep and I have a red rash under the arm irriated I realized that the next day, any suggestions?
Only light soap and water until the rash disappears. N deodorant. Powder help by rubbing the skin easily. The rash is not dangerous. A shower or deodorant after a run had not made a big difference if the area is rubbed by the operation. Think about the type of shirt and materials. Some might be better for you than others. Use lots of dust before and during races.
