I'm looking to buy one, but I need £ 150 know if I am waisting my money.
Do you find sheds light on the sun? My aunt is going on vacation every year and find some relief in the week she is not to buy a UVB lamp. It does help, but not as drastically as when your hols. So I guess it depends on whether you have the patience to continue to use, if you do not see immediate results.
