My own opinion?
—————-
I firmly believe that small businesses, while they are small, are the best people to do public relations. It is easier for them to inspire the news with enthusiasm and the skills you can pick to be phenomenal. And once a relationship with the press has built is more effective in attracting more people in business to carry that, and keep yours, you give it to a third party.
